Location: Prescott, AZ
Scope: The chiller plant, which was a ground-up project, includes two 600-ton chillers and one heat exchanger. The plant supplies cooling and heat for the entire college campus. The scope of work included installing service equipment, variable speed drives for supply and return pumps, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm, emergency generator and conduit system for building management.
